Scythe is seeking a Controller to manage the company's financial reporting and operations as we become the dominant outdoor mower manufacturer and radically improve humanity's care for the planet.

• Lead and manage the complete accounting cycle.

Requirements

• Experience as a Controller in a Hardware technology company.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and GAAP.
• Experience with financial controls and policies.
• Familiarity with financial ERP systems.
• Skills in financial modeling and budgeting.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
