We are pioneering the future of landscaping with our autonomous mower – Scythe M.52 – and are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to help accelerate its growth trajectory. If you are an experienced sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for innovation, and understands how to build meaningful relationships in a tech-forward landscape, this role is designed for you.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle, driving new revenue by identifying high-potential leads and converting them into long-term customers
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients
  • Deliver impactful pitches through site visits, remote outreach, and in-person demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Management
  • Represent Scythe at industry conferences and events

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in sales or business development
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone presence and confidence in cold-calling
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of industry trends and sales strategies
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot)
  • Experience with driving a truck & trailer
