We are pioneering the future of landscaping with our autonomous mower – Scythe M.52 – and are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to help accelerate its growth trajectory.

In Short

• Own the full sales cycle, driving new revenue by identifying high-potential leads and converting them into long-term customers.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients.
• Deliver impactful pitches through site visits, remote outreach, and in-person demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Management teams.
• Represent Scythe at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in sales or business development.
• Experience with customer relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and confidence in cold-calling.
• Persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of industry trends and sales strategies.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot).
• Experience with driving a truck & trailer.
