Overview

The Enterprise Risk, Ethics and Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Scyne’s enterprise risk, ethics, and compliance matters, ensuring a strong risk culture and accountability across the organization.

In Short

  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide risk, ethics, and compliance functions.
  • Support the strategic direction of Scyne and develop risk management frameworks.
  • Conduct enterprise risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with external laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs on ethics and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on compliance activities and risk status.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on risk management.
  • Support business continuity and crisis management planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of ethics and accountability throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in governance, risk, audit, or compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; post-graduate qualifications desirable.
  • Relevant certifications in risk, compliance, or audit.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage risk frameworks effectively.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Experience working with government clients preferred.
  • AGSVA security clearance required.
