Overview

As a String Cheese Packaging Worker at Saputo, you will be responsible for performing various packaging duties, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and manufacturing standards.

• Perform packaging duties as assigned by the Packaging Supervisor.
• Rotate between lines and positions while practicing good ergonomics.
• Work cooperatively in a team setting.
• Read and understand production and packaging schedules.
• Visually inspect products for quality defects.
• Adhere to all safety and clean-up procedures.
• Operate and maintain packaging machinery.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Work overtime and holidays as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to work comfortably with mathematical figures.
• Physical capability to lift and handle 25-30 lbs.
• Ability to work on 3rd shift.
• Excellent work ethic and attendance.
