Overview

ScorePlay is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive product adoption across Europe, ensuring clients maximize their use of our AI-powered media workspace.

In Short

  • Manage key client accounts and drive product adoption.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams.
  • Produce educational resources for clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to create strategies.
  • Contribute to the long-term Customer Success strategy in Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer success best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Natural curiosity about media workflows and video.
  • Experience with customer relations and feedback cycles.
  • Strong operator focused on customer satisfaction.
