In Short

• We’re entering a new phase at ScorePlay: scaling from lighter deployments to highly structured, professional rollouts that meet the technical demands of larger, more complex sports and broadcast organizations.
• As our first Deployment Engineer in the US, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology and customer success.
• You’ll be the technical lead for deploying, integrating, and implementing our Media Asset Management (MAM) solution at client organizations.
• You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to make complex implementations feel simple.
• Help shape how we deliver technical value at scale.
• Own the end-to-end technical deployment of ScorePlay for our new largest clients.
• Design and execute implementation plans in close collaboration with Customer Success, Tech, Product and Pre-Sales.
• Configure, integrate, and adapt ScorePlay to fit client workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success during scoping, onboarding and handover.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role (e.g. deployment / implementation engineer, solutions engineer, software engineer).
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations for external clients.
• Strong technical skills: Comfortable with APIs, scripting, and cloud platforms.
• Highly organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
