Overview

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team and support some of the world’s leading sports organizations, providing hands-on technical support via live chat.

In Short

  • Handle support tickets and customer issues via live chat and email.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
  • Manage ticket volume and prioritize effectively.
  • Create high-quality tickets for unresolved issues.
  • Document recurring issues and help improve support documentation.
  • Communicate updates clearly to customers.
  • Suggest workflow improvements to handle volume consistently.
  • Work closely with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Support major sports brands and organizations.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and communication skills.
  • Experience with live chat support and ticket management.
  • Reliable and autonomous during your shift.
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Linear/Jira, or Notion is a plus.
  • Interest in sports/media/video workflows is a plus.
