In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media. Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
