The Rx Onboarding and Care Coordinator (ROCC) is a patient journey expert focused on delivering personalized education and comprehensive care coordination to support patients and families throughout their spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) treatment journey.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech roles.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in rare disease and specialty pharmacy processes.
• Strong understanding of patient access landscape and reimbursement challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA, and OIG guidelines.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on patient-centricity.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
