The Medical Affairs Director will lead the strategic and operational efforts in the launch of medical affairs initiatives for rare diseases in France, focusing on neuromuscular conditions.

Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent scientific degree; MBA desirable.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in industry R&D or Medical Affairs.
• Leadership and product launch experience.
• Business fluency in French and English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in rare diseases or neuromuscular conditions is a plus.
• Ability to present scientific data credibly.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Track record of achievement in Medical Affairs in biotech/pharma.
• Critical thinking and solid business acumen.
