As a Bilingual Patient Care Liaison at Scan.com, you will serve as the key liaison between our organization and patients, providers, and attorneys, ensuring clear and empathetic communication while managing multiple communication channels efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or communications role
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with CRM and communication tools
