In Short

  • Join as a Technical Account Manager apprentice focused on cloud technologies and customer support.

  • Participate in client environment analysis and tool integration.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and the sales team.
  • Help improve client follow-up and project documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of internal tools and knowledge bases.
  • Work in a flexible environment with telecommuting options.
  • Engage with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Participate in quarterly meetings at the main office in Strasbourg.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a technical environment or digital services company.
  • Familiarity with Linux, programming languages, databases, and log analysis tools.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Interest in project management and a desire to work in a functional role.
  • Customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
