We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager to take full ownership of our recruiting, hiring, and HR systems, which is critical for ensuring world-class outcomes through world-class hires.

In Short

  • Run full-cycle talent acquisition across all departments
  • Manage our ATS (Workable)
  • Conduct first-round interviews
  • Manage post-hire onboarding
  • Own employee life cycle documentation
  • Administer payroll changes and time-off tracking
  • Manage benefits administration
  • Support performance management processes
  • Manage team-wide tools like Google Workspace and Slack
  • Provide executive support to the CEO

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition and HR administration
  • Proficiency with ATS systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration
  • Familiarity with performance management processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
