Remote Dispatcher

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Dispatcher to support scheduling, technician coordination, and customer communication for a growing U.S. home service business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians efficiently, and maintaining organized job records within the dispatch system.

Your main goal will be to keep technician schedules optimized, ensure customers receive timely updates, and support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling inbound customer calls in a professional service environment.
• At least 2 years of experience scheduling service appointments or coordinating technician dispatch operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using dispatch software or CRM systems.
• Experience coordinating 15 or more service appointments or technician jobs per day.
• At least 2 years of experience communicating with both customers and field staff.
