Remote Dispatcher

Overview

The Remote Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating field staff or transportation services by monitoring schedules, assigning routes, and responding to issues in real-time. This role supports field operations from a central remote location.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Valid U.S. government-issued ID
• High school diploma required; logistics or transportation coursework a plus
• 1+ year of experience in dispatching or scheduling
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficient in dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Verizon Connect, or Samsara)
• Quiet home office and stable internet connection
