In Short

• Monitor internal application task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job using various communication tools.
• Identify jobs unable to be claimed due to missing customer information.
• Resolve and escalate issues to teams if needed.
• Monitor and report trends in stuck jobs.
• Review unclaimed zip codes in assigned states.
• Notify recruiter of locations needing additional coverage.
