Overview

A motivated Remote Client Care Representative (CCR) is needed to support customer communication, appointment scheduling, and operational coordination for a growing U.S. home service business.

In Short

  • Manage customer inquiries through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Convert leads into booked service appointments.
  • Assist with technician dispatch and job routing.
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups with customers after service visits.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
  • Provide service information and guide customers through scheduling steps.
  • Optimize daily schedules to maximize technician utilization.
  • Confirm appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
  • Support repeat bookings and long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate workflows across internal systems and communication tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling inbound customer calls.
  • At least 2 years of experience conducting outbound follow-ups.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating technician schedules.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using CRM systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience converting inquiries into appointments.
