In Short

• Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients and hiring managers.
• Categorize new clients based on their business needs.
• Work with the team to identify upsell opportunities.
• Regularly check in with clients to address administrative issues.
• Engage in high-level business discussions with clients.
• Attend ad-hoc meetings to address client requests.
• Schedule and manage monthly Kick-Off Calls and Upsell Roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a customer success or client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
• A proactive, self-starter with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
