Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven Podcast Producer/Project Manager to manage the operational aspects of our Beyond High Performance podcast, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of quality.

• Manage the operational flow of the podcast.
• Act as the liaison between the internal team and external production agency.
• Oversee timelines and ensure timely releases across platforms.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of podcast production or media project management experience.
• Experience managing agencies in a content or marketing environment.
• Familiarity with podcast production workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Trello/ClickUp.
• Exceptional English fluency, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Prior experience supporting executives is a plus.
• Ability to use AI creatively for titles and thumbnails.
