Product Manager, Podcast - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our creator growth tools squad in the Podcast Mission. Spotify continues to invest in video and podcasts, and helping creators find an audience for their work is core to our success. This role is critical to shaping the future of how creators will promote themselves and reach new audiences on and off Spotify.

In Short

• Drive a clear vision and product roadmap for how creators should promote themselves on and off Spotify.
• Collaborate with Design & Engineering partners to write detailed requirements.
• Partner with Insights to understand creator perception of our growth tools.
• Prioritize across a complex product portfolio to increase creator value.
• Build strong working relationships with teams across Spotify.
• Communicate strategic context to different stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Experienced product manager with strong strategy and execution skills.
• Experience building media, creator or ads products is a plus.
• Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills at multiple levels.
• Curious to learn about creator discovery on Spotify.
• Passionate about creators succeeding on Spotify.
