Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product/Project Management, Operations Coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience with Jira, Monday, or similar tools.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian (C1+).
• Ability to work mainly during Pacific Time hours.
• Preferred experience integrating internal tools with back-office teams.
• Ability to draft API logic and coordinate automation workflows.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Familiarity with payment systems like Stripe or Shopify.
