Requirements

• 5+ years in paid media or performance marketing for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Proven success scaling campaigns for fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle e-commerce.
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth.
• Expertise managing campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Strong grasp of creative testing and data interpretation.
• Experience using Triple Whale or similar tools.
• Proficient in Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Highly detail-oriented and analytical.
• Creative thinker combining data analysis with storytelling instincts.
• Experience in light motion or animation is a plus.
