We are a fast-growing staffing agency with an internal team of 60+ people worldwide. As we scale, we need someone to help us operate smarter, automate processes, and build systems that let our teams focus on what matters most—connecting global talent with opportunity.

In Short

• Own building automation and systems from scratch.
• Set up automations across tools like Zapier, Slack, ATS, CRMs.
• Integrate AI into our ATS.
• Help transition into a new project management tool (e.g., Asana, Notion).
• Audit current workflows to streamline processes.
• Create SOPs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Partner with operations and department leaders to design solutions.
• Continuously improve the company’s automation roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation or operations systems.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Slack automation, ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and process design skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive, self-starter mentality.
