In Short

• Ensure the development and updating of internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and update controls to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
• Support the AML team in ongoing business operations and new projects.
• Investigate unusual cases.
• Advise other teams on money laundering legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Accompany the implementation of new legal and regulatory measures.
• Assist the AML team in collaboration with external auditors and regulators.
• Conduct training sessions for employees.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in law or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience with knowledge of regulatory requirements for preventing money laundering.
• Ability to structure and clearly present complex issues and processes.
• Hands-on mentality and high quality standards.
• Trustworthy, motivated, and a team player.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
