Director of Professional Services - IAM/IGA Practice - Remote

Overview

The primary objective of this role is to lead and deliver customer projects ensuring exceptional outcomes within the IAM/IGA practice at Saviynt.

• Lead and deliver customer projects in IAM technologies.
• Manage critical consulting metrics such as utilization and profitability.
• Drive leadership and strategic growth for the Identity Security Community.
• Ensure projects are designed within approved architectural standards.
• Provide technical leadership in all aspects of SDLC.
• Promote architectural and development best practices.
• Facilitate the development process and operations.
• Identify setbacks and shortcomings in projects.
• Guide the implementation team and contribute to practice development tasks.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Leadership experience implementing Identity Access or Governance solutions.
• Strong working experience in IAM Domain with minimum three end-to-end project deliveries.
• 3-5 years of consulting management experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with strong people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong experience with microservices and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis of projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to estimate implementation efforts.
