Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will support Airbus' HR department by sourcing and recommending candidates for various roles, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of regional labor market.
Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
