Overview

Airbus is seeking a Process Performance Manager to enhance process maturity and improve Customer Resolution Services (CRS) and Order to Invoice (O2I) processes, while leading initiatives for process improvement and transformation.

In Short

  • Increase process maturity and harmonize processes across CRS and O2I.
  • Measure and enhance process performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update the process landscape.
  • Lead and support the global CRS Process Specialist Community.
  • Participate in and deploy process improvement projects.
  • Manage system requirement definitions and validations.
  • Identify automation opportunities within CRS processes.
  • Provide training and communication on process changes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in process improvement.
  • Experience in customer service organizations.
  • Strong background in Process Management.
  • Project Management experience, especially in stakeholder management.
  • IT savvy with knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and focus on customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
