The Junior Process Performance Manager at Scalable Capital will monitor and improve production processes, ensuring effective communication and resolution of disruptions within the organization.

In Short

• Monitor production processes using technical dashboards.
• Identify irregularities or incidents in processes.
• Define and implement monitoring dashboards and controls.
• Communicate disruptions and involve relevant teams.
• Ensure creation and analysis of post-mortems.
• Adapt processes to minimize future disruptions.
• Report to Managing Directors and C-Level when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Relevant internships in finance, banking, or technology.
• Experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement strategies.
• Strong communication skills in English.
