We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team of marketing experts that uses data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey.

• Learn to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns in Google, Bing and Meta
• Analyse data with the support of in-house tools to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure targets are reached
• Support the management of budgets for various marketing channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and optimisation

Requirements

• First experience and interest in Paid Online Marketing
• Attention to detail and structured mindset
• Analytical skills with good command of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Motivated to grow and learn in performance marketing
• Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
