Junior Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team of marketing experts that uses data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, giving you the best environment for a steep learning curve.

In Short

• Learn to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns in Google, Bing and Meta.
• Analyse data with the support of in-house tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns daily to ensure targets are reached.
• Support the management of budgets for your market's channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and optimisation.
• First experience and a high interest in Paid Online Marketing.
• Attention to detail and structured mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Analytical skills with good command of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Motivated to learn and grow in performance marketing.
• Business fluency in English; fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
• 100% remote! Work full time from home.
