  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Monitor customer health using KPIs to track satisfaction.
  • Provide product insights based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success in B2B software.
  • Proven ability to manage a full commercial lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort negotiating with C-level executives.
  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas for account growth.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Remote position based anywhere in Germany.
