Field Service Technician Bio Analytics Portfolio - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician for our BioA Business working from home in Germany, preferably in the Berlin/Leipzig area. In this role, you will be responsible for technical service on our Bio Analytics product portfolio, aiming to enhance service success, improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer loyalty, and increase profitability.

In Short

• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks on-site
• Diagnose faults or technical issues and determine suitable solutions
• Create detailed service reports
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of processes
• Collaborate closely with technicians and exchange cross-departmental information
• Address customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations
• Flexible working hours and willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus

Requirements

• Technical degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Several years of experience in field service
• Experience in Cell Imaging and/or Spectrometry is ideal
• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining technical devices
• High customer orientation and teamwork spirit
• Motivated to work in a fast-growing company
