In Short

• Lead and manage teams of technicians for transformer service projects.
• Perform installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of transformers.
• Act as the onsite point of contact for customers and subcontractors.
• Identify project nonconformances and report them for resolution.
• Conduct electrical testing on transformers and reactors.
• Provide input during project planning regarding schedules and manpower.
• Promote a safety-first approach in compliance with EHS requirements.
• Travel up to 85% for project execution.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree with 3 years of experience or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of transformer field service operations.
• Experience with transformer installation and assembly.
• Proficiency in Load Tap Changer maintenance is a plus.
• Welding experience on transformer tanks is a plus.
• Possession of a Class A CDL is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have work authorization in the USA.
