Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for testing, repairing, and maintaining Stow’s shuttle systems and mobile racks, while also providing customer training and support.

In Short

• Testing Stow’s shuttle systems & mobile racks.
• Repairing Stow’s shuttle systems & mobile racks.
• Supervising assembly teams in large repairs of mobile racks.
• Commissioning and providing customer training for automated systems.
• Preventive maintenance (triggered by service contracts).
• Providing telephone support to end users and integrators.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the USA and Canada.
• Occasional travel to Europe for training purposes.
• Good knowledge of English; other languages are a plus.
• Affinity with software is recommended.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of mechanics and electronics.
• Computer skills: MS Office and Teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently (90% travel).
