Field Service Engineer - Remote / Mountain Region

Overview

Sartorius is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the team serving the Mountain and Mid-West regions, providing exceptional customer care and technical support.

In Short

• Remote position covering the Mountain and Mid-West regions.
• Provide technical support and customer training on Bio Analytics instruments.
• Perform field service, calibration, and installation of complex mechanical systems.
• Assist with IT issues related to Bio Analytics systems.
• Maintain accurate records and service reports.
• Travel required: 50-75% overnight travel.
• Requires a valid Driver's License.
• 5 years of Field Service Engineer experience preferred.
• Excellent mechanical, electrical, and IT skills required.
• Base salary plus bonus and car allowance offered.

Requirements

• Associates degree or certifications in engineering.
• 3 years of field service experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical equipment.
• Excellent driving record.
• Ability to lift items up to 35 Kg.
