This department is responsible for starting up new pharmaceutical manufacturing lines and ensuring stable production and quality improvement of Santen products for patients around the world.

The role involves designing manufacturing and management methods to enable the production of pharmaceuticals on new factory lines, transferring technology to factory personnel, and contributing to the continuous stable production and quality improvement from a production technology perspective.

Requirements

• Cooperative and able to communicate smoothly with related departments.
