• Support Medical Affairs activities and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Maximize Santen's visibility among doctors through medical expertise.
• Participate in local, national, and international congresses.
• Present data on existing products and new launches to healthcare professionals.
• Assist in developing scientific educational materials and training programs.
• Support local sites involved in R&D or Medical Affairs studies.
• Ensure compliance with BIP guidelines.
• Travel requirement: 80%.

Requirements

• Degree in Biological Sciences (Doctor, Pharmacist, Biologist).
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MSL.
• Ability to acquire and convey clinical and scientific information effectively.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond to scientific and medical inquiries accurately.
• Proactive leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
