Overview

The Client Success Project Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency and supporting the Client Success organization to deliver maximum value to enterprise clients.

In Short

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects.
  • Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate internal resources and improve onboarding processes.
  • Implement tools and reporting frameworks for client health metrics.
  • Analyze client success data and operational performance.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance client value.
  • Drive retention and growth through proactive strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP preferred.
  • 5+ years in project management or operations roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or professional services environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 10–15% as needed.
