Overview

As a Senior Payroll Manager at Sandisk, you will lead the Global Payroll Services Team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes across the Americas and EMEA regions for over 10,000 employees.

• Manage payroll for the Americas and EMEA.
• Lead a team of Payroll Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Human resources or related field.
• 12+ years of payroll experience managing multi-state/country operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in leading payroll functions with a focus on compliance.
• Expert knowledge in US tax regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems like Workday and ADP.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
