In Short

  • Identify target brokerages and build lead lists.
  • Initiate outbound sales conversations via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential brokers.
  • Qualify brokerages and set meetings for account executives.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge about our product and the health insurance industry.
  • Support logistics and scheduling for in-person meetings with brokers.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for product development.
  • Work hard and learn a lot in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales-related role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with structure and process.
  • Experience in health insurance, startup environment, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Mission-driven with a desire to improve the healthcare system.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexible and resilient with a culture of continuous learning.
  • Bias for action and intelligent risk-taking.
