Requirements

• BS degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design and training principles.
• Strong grammar and content simplification skills.
• Ability to manage vendor-training groups effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Cornerstone, and Adobe Captivate.
• Understanding of business management principles.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Unique skills in videography, graphic design, or gamification.
• Trainer certifications are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and improve training processes.
