Overview

The Senior Manager, B2B Mobile Solutions Engineer will serve as a technology expert within Samsung's Mobile Retail/Hospitality Enterprise Business Unit, focusing on mobile solutions for retail and hospitality customers.

• Function as a technology expert in the Retail/Hospitality mobility space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in information technology or mobile OS support.
• 4+ years of experience working with retail/hospitality customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in EMM, MDM, and mobile security solutions.
• Able to handle high-pressure environments effectively.
• Willingness to address tasks with minimal direction.
• Ability to manage internal and external escalations.
• Experience in technical sales support.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
