Overview

The Technical Support Specialist will provide continuous technical support and training to service partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective service operations.

In Short

  • Participate in service-related projects and monitor service partner performance.
  • Support pre-sales and after-sales operations.
  • Provide technical support and training for service partners and contact center staff.
  • Organize training sessions and create training materials.
  • Visit service partners regularly to ensure quality service.
  • Supervise service sample stock levels.
  • Handle technical issues related to sales departments.
  • Participate in customer request fulfillment to enhance satisfaction.
  • Feedback technical problems to headquarters.
  • Engage in various delegated tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical or service-related field or a BA/BSC degree in electrical engineering.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage own projects and multitask effectively.
  • Structured and organized work approach.
