Overview

The HVAC Pre-sales Engineer at Samsung Electronics Baltics will play a crucial role in increasing specification sales and managing project opportunities within the Air Conditioner Sales Team.

In Short

  • Increase specification sales via the specification route.
  • Generate future sales opportunities with consultants, architects, and project developers.
  • Manage project opportunities from initial customer request to deal closure.
  • Support Samsung Partners in operational activities.
  • Organize and contribute to training programs and events.
  • Monitor targets and performance metrics.
  • Be the intermediary between Baltics and EU HQ.
  • Promote and monitor Samsung selection and simulation tools.
  • Collect and create marketing material.
  • Open to travel frequently within the Baltics.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in an HVAC role.
  • IT literate in MS Office, AutoCAD, and HVAC software.
  • Familiar with European HVAC policies and regulations.
  • Proven experience in a complex matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Technical English.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Leadership skills and strategic thinking.
