Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years in a Staff/Principal role.
• Experience leading architecture for complex, distributed systems.
• Full-stack product engineering background.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with enterprise customers and adapting solutions.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or mapping is a plus.
• Familiarity with systems integration (ERP, EDI, APIs).
• Experience building for mobile platforms, especially navigation apps.
• Prior startup or founder experience is beneficial.
