The Senior Program Manager, Technology Strategy and Assessment is a critical position on the Global Recruiting Operations & Programs team at Samsara. This role will lead the development, optimization, and scalability of technology-driven assessment programs, focusing on strategy and operational excellence in partnership with the recruiting team and stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of program and project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Proven strategic thinking and technology planning skills.
• Strong data analysis and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and data visualization tools.
