Senior Technical Program Manager, Ops Technology - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be joining the Operations Technology team, within Product Operations. Our team works directly with product management, engineering, and policy teams on the company’s top priority initiatives.

In Short

• Drive development and implementation of internal tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize scrum methodologies to develop agent-facing and customer-facing tools.
• Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques and KPIs.
• Provide hands-on program management during all project phases.
• Create clear and concise written proposals and documentation.
