In Short

• Plan and manage the release of cross-functional technical projects specific to assessment.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams contributing to the assessment program.
• Make recommendations about trade-offs to ensure overall program success.
• Collaborate with content experts, psychometricians, product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Ensure tight communication about and alignment with goals across teams.
• Maintain cross-functional program documentation.
• Own processes and tools for tracking the overall assessment program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in the edTech assessment space.
• Proven experience wrangling multiple projects.
• Experience working with engineering teams and communicating technical requirements.
• Experience with the SDLC as it relates to building products.
• Proficient in program and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Motivated by the Khan Academy mission.
