Overview

Samsara is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Employee Experience to join our People Business Operations Team. This role will be responsible for supporting People Strategy initiatives, including designing and implementing our Employee Listening strategy.

In Short

  • Support the development and execution of people strategy initiatives.
  • Own and deliver an employee listening strategy.
  • Build a culture of insight, trust, action, and accountability.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Drive implementation of the company-wide survey management platform (Qualtrics).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze employee sentiment and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain strong project management skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years leading employee programs.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in employee surveys and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience building trusted relationships in fast-paced environments.
